- TOSMAC will keep all our clients’ private information strictly confidential. - Clients may decline to provide personal/private information. However, TOSMAC may be unable to process orders partially or in their entirety if clients are unable or unwilling to disclose relevant personal information necessary to the business.

- Client-supplied personal information will be used by TOSMAC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for the following purposes set out below:
- Online delivery of the Company’s email magazine;
- Announcing information about contests, giveaways, presents and campaigns;
- Delivery information regarding client-ordered samples, merchandise, etc.; and
- Answering other client enquiries.
Private information may be used in order to:- Manage social insurance, salary disbursement, etc. for employees; and
- Internal management as necessary for business operations.

- Personal information will be used only for the purposes stated above in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- 5．About The Disclosure of Client-Supplied Private Information to Third Parties
- The Company will not disclose client-supplied private information to any third party, except in the following situations:
- When the client agrees for the information to be disclosed;
- When the client has been notified in advance and has approved a confidentiality agreement approving the disclosure of certain information to relevant affiliated companies or business consignees;
- When general client data is compiled for statistical purposes. When such data is disclosed for statistical calculations, no information which specifically identifies the client will be disclosed;
- When required by law; and
- When there is a necessary urgency to prevent substantial loss of life, injury, property or other loss from occurring.
- 6．Storage of Private Information
- In the course of sales promotion business、merchandising and/or internet business, Client’s Personal information may be stored or maintained appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy by a business consignee delegated by the Company upon completion of a Confidentiality Agreement.
- ７．About Direct Mailing
- Direct mail (e-mail or paper) may be sent either by electronic mail or by post for the benefit of clients who have given the Company and/or the Company’s designated business partners permission in advance by supplying the relevant addresses.
